Complimentary Samples

We offer free samples with every product order (not samples-only orders). Sample requests can be typed into a box on the final page of the checkout process. Amount of samples depends on order size. As a rule you can expect samples based on the subtotal of the order (shipping not included).

We can’t guarantee you will receive all the samples you request, but, depending on availability, we will do our best to accommodate. Substitutions may occur. Note: premium samples valued over 25 AED are not guaranteed and may count as multiple samples. For overseas orders we cannot include free samples. 

Return Policy

  • Sample Orders
    Sorry, but all sales of samples are final and we are unable to accept sample returns.

    Product Orders
    Most products can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after the item has been shipped. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable). Please email cs@perfumeuae.com to get return authorization and approval. We highly recommend that you return the item carefully so it is not damaged upon its return. If an item is used or the packaging is damaged we cannot offer full refund.

We accept VISA and MasterCard. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. You can simply proceed to checkout where you will be given the option to pay with Telr

Order Fulfillment

  • Domestic Orders
    We ship Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Typically domestic orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt providing it has been received before 10am UAE time. We cannot guarantee your order will be shipped out within 24 hrs, but we try our best to see that it does.
  • International Orders
    Due to the complexities of international shipping, we can only process and ship international orders every 7-10 days. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed with Perfumeuae.com, you’ll receive two emails: the first will be your order receipt. Once we ship your order, we’ll send you a second email containing your Invoice and shipment tracking number if available.

Legal

We guarantee that your order arrives safely and with all new, original packaging. If, for some reason, your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us on cs@perfumeuae.com immediately and we can make arrangements. Please notify us of any defect within 14 days of receiving your order, as anything outside this window may no longer be valid for replacement.
