How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in the UAE above 200aed. Below 200aed shipping fee of 15aed is applicable. Please note there is an additional fee of 10 AED (Inclusive of 5% VAT) for all Cash on delivery orders.

Worldwide orders are shipped via Aramex and DHL Express Shipping. Shipping fee is calculated on check out depending upon the weight, size and volume of the order. 

ARAMEX shipments are Duty paid. There is no additional amount payable on delivery. All GCC countries orders will be delivered via Aramex. 

DHL Express Shipping shipments additional duties and taxes may be calculated on delivery. 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within the UAE takes 2-4 working days. Some orders which have been shipped from our overseas warehouse will be delivered in 7-15 working days. 

Delivery outside of the UAE takes 7 – 15 working days.

Please note, for COD orders, Perfumeuae.com team will email you to confirm your order ahead of processing the shipment. If we cannot reach you, your order will be cancelled.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding holidays within the United Arab Emirates. For Standard shipping orders must be placed by 10am to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail along with Invoice. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.

We try to find a shipping solution for every customer. Due to the stricter regulations for the shipment of dangerous goods, we use different service providers for the transport. Please note that we cannot provide information about the exact delivery time in advance.

An invoice, stating the value of the goods and shipping costs, is attached to the parcel. Customs, VAT, Import fees or any other taxes are only due when the shipment arrives in your country and we cannot prevent controls by the customs authorities. The fees for the customs clearance are at your expense. We have no influence on these charges and cannot predict their absolute value. Customs regulations vary considerably from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

International Deliveries may some times be delivered to the local Post Office for collection depending on the country’s policy. International Deliveries are not entitled to perfume samples due to customs regulations and other reasons. 

Please note that if you refuse a shipment due to fees and it is returned to us, the return shipping cost and any associated fees will be deducted from your order’s refund.

Our returns policy

If you’d like to return an item, contact us by email on cs@perfumeuae.com  within 7 days of receiving your item. If you wish to return or exchange your product – there would be a restocking fee of 30aed applicable. Returns and Exchange is only possible for orders in UAE. 

We offer a no question asked return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase for unopened products. ‘’Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment”

It’s important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you do not love a product you receive, we will gladly issue a refund as long as the item is still in it’s original packaging, unopened, unused and sent back to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns that are damaged, opened and used (including the packaging), soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

We offer a secure courier collection via Aramex service for all returns as well. 

If you paid for your item by credit or debit card, then the amount paid for each item will be refunded directly onto your card – please note that this can take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

If you paid using our COD (cash on delivery) service, then we will refund back to your bank account or issue a cheque. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing once we have received your returned item. Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.

  • Perfume samples and vials. 
  • Perfume Oils.
  • Perfume miniatures.
  • Promotional and Clearance Sale items. 

Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused. Shipping fee will be deducted from the payment.

If there is any defect in the product on receipt then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time.

Can I exchange my item?

If you wish to exchange your product – there would be a processing fee of 30aed applicable to cover the courier fees. Just send us an email on cs@perfumeuae.com and we will do the needful. 

Shipping Outside the UAE

When shipped outside the UAE, some products may be subject to import duties and taxes. 

Duty and tax rates vary from country to country, and also depend on the items that are being shipped. We have no control over these charges and encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. COD service is currently available only in the UAE.

Value-Added Tax

Effective 1 January 2018, VAT is charged at 5% on orders sold and shipped by Perfumeuae.com within the UAE. For shipments to countries outside the UAE, 0% UAE VAT rate will be applicable. The advertised prices for products displayed at Perfumeuae.com are inclusive of any VAT.  However, your final price will be reflected at checkout, once the order information is completed.
