4. Product Information
The products displayed on the Site can be ordered and delivered only within the UAE and certain select countries.

All products should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions and guidelines. You should always check the ingredients for products to avoid potential allergic reactions. Use of the Site is not meant to serve as a substitute for professional medical advice: the Site is solely online stores for specialty beauty products and perfumes. While Perfumeuae.com has tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

For any Content that you submit, you grant Perfumeuae.com a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, communicate, distribute, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, edit, adapt, publish, translate, publicly display, publicly perform, use, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such Content and/or incorporate such Content into any form, medium or technology whether now or hereafter known throughout the world without compensation to you. 10. Mobile Services
If you access the Site via your mobile phone (through an iPhone application, for example), we do not currently charge for this access. Please be aware that your carrier’s normal rates and fees, such as text messaging fees or data charges, will still apply.

As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our Customer Service department may call you at the phone number you provided (or use your email address) to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.

No waiver of any term of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Perfumeuae.com failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

It is the express wish of the parties that these Terms of Use and all related documents be drawn up in English.

If a dispute should arise between you and Perfumeuae.com, we want to provide you with a resolution that is efficient and cost effective by using our customer service team. Almost all customer service disputes can be resolved to the customer’s satisfaction by using our customer service, reachable by sending us an email cs@perfumeuae.com

Perfumeuae.com provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at www.perfumeuae.com you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. It spells out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. By accessing any areas of Perfumeuae.com, users (“Users”) agree to be legally bound and to abide by the terms set forth below.

20. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit Perfumeuae.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

21. AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you using the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either:

Offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price if this is possible; or Cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item. or If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we will process any remaining items on your order and refund you for the items we were unable to supply.

22. THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US
When you place an order to purchase items using our website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarizing the details of your order (“Order Confirmation E-mail”).

23. Prices
Products are invoiced in Dirham at the prevailing price as of the time you place your order. Although we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either confirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

24. Payment
We accept credit card payments via paytabs in AED. We also offer cash on delivery. We regret that we cannot accept cheques. Receipt of your credit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data when you send us by Email. Accordingly, please do not send us payment information using Email. For details of the security measures we employ please read our Privacy Statement. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to the personal and transactional information you provide to us when placing an order.

25. Delivery
Deliveries are made between Sunday and Thursday via Courier services or our own delivery vehicles within city limits in UAE.

We make every effort to dispatch items on time. If we are unable to deliver the items within your chosen date, you are entitled to cancel the order and we will refund in full any charges which have been debited in respect of that order.

If the items are not delivered within the time period we specify in the Confirmation Email, please contact our Customer service on cs@perfumeuae.com

Delivery occurs when the items are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of items purchased does not pass to you until payment is received by us in full. You will be asked to sign for acceptance of the goods which makes it understood that the goods were received in good condition. However, if upon opening the package you find something missing or broken, please contact us immediately and a customer care representative will be able to assist you.

26. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services via email on cs@perfumeuae.com As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Please note that once we have dispatched items to you, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (e.g. gift wrapping, packaging and shipping). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

27. Incorrect Items
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Services as soon as possible and they will arrange pickup. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible.

28. Losses
We will not be responsible to you or any third party for any business loss (including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data or goodwill) or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from our actions or the actions of our sub-contractors or agents, is consequential or was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when the contract between us was formed.

Our liability to you under these On-Line Shopping Terms of Use will not exceed the total price charged for the items purchased. Nothing in these On-line Shopping Terms of Use excludes our liability to you for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these On-line Shopping Terms of Use if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

29. Alterations to this Website
We reserve the right at any time to make changes to this website, these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and such other policies as we may notify you of.
