Noel au Balcon by Etat Libre d’Orange is a Oriental fragrance for women. Noel au Balcon was launched in 2007. The nose behind this fragrance is Antoine Maisondieu. Top notes are Honey, Apricot and Mandarin Orange; middle notes are Cinnamon, Chili Pepper and Orange Blossom; base notes are Vanilla, Black Clover, Caraway, Labdanum, Patchouli and Musk.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less the shipping charges. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
